NO SERVICE NO RESULTS
This company provides tracking numbers, but there is no place on the website to enter the tracking number to monitor the progress. They do not send an email to confirm the purchase. They provided no results. They no longer have the 24/7 live chat as advertised, after the orders have been placed. We got lucky and caught the live chat twice after the second attempt. So today, my partner went in like they were going to make another purchase, just to check if live chat would appear. Guess what? They received a message "service not available." The only reason we wanted to give them a try is because they were the only website to let you add services to an old post. We are highly dissatisfied and so glad that we captured the pages with the tracking numbers and chat exchanges and printed them out. Instafollowers is quick and good and so is Skweezer. We have never had a problem with them. We sent Follower Packages two emails. They will not respond. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! We won't mention any names, but the response that came across in the first chat was not a friendly one. It was not mean, but it made my partner feel uncomfortable. We should've taken that as a sign that something was not right.

Customer support was helpful from the first time I reached out and guided me throughout the process of ordering (I’m a newbie when it comes to this social stuff!) Surprisingly they even assisted me with some questions I had a few months after the order was delivered, good quality followers and likes!
